Mas Bootcamp is a form of body conditioning and resistance training. Our instructors use high intensity aerobic moves, mixed with equipment such as TRX, battle ropes, tyres, medicine balls and much more. Targeting all major muscle groups, we aim to keep your form perfected, and strive to give you the knowledge to take you to the next level. This class is a great way for beginners to get started with their fitness journey and also for advanced trainers, as the session is based around you as an individual. We are ready, are you?!

We all want that bikini body ready for summer! Bikini Bootcamp is ran by our fully qualified personal trainer and Bikini Competitor Ashleigh Jackson. In this class you will be doing a mix of cardio and various exercises to help tone those stubborn areas such as legs, bums and tums! Focusing more on weighted exercises to really target the lower body you will definitely feel the burn!
Abs & Core
Join our Abs & Core classes to tone up the troublesome abdominal region! This class consists of specific moves, sequences and routines carefully put together to give you a great workout. Combined with a healthy diet you will notice your core muscles getting tougher and tighter and your abs becoming leaner. This is a great class to define your shape the way you want it!
