Mike Hind CEO
Mike was crowned The Uk’s Number 1 Personal Trainer in 2017 at the National Fitness Awards, he was up against hundreds of other personal trainers but he was voted number 1 due to his hugely successful client base and results, along with his exceptional knowledge and experience in the health and fitness industry.
Mike has a diploma and level 5 certificate in diet and nutrition, he is known for his knowledge in the diet and nutrition sector helping a number of clients, members and even celebrities with their dietary needs and seeing fantastic results. Mike has helped a number of people lose weight including Leanne (who was 20 stone when she joined) she has now lost over 14 stone.
Mike runs a number of the classes here too (including his own class CC50 ‘’the ultimate workout’’) you’ll find him on the gym floor on a day to day basis giving help and support!
Come along and meet Mike in person, where he spends most of his days in the gym, he’s eager to share advice and support to each and every one who wants to change their lives.

Jennylee Hind Director
Jenny is known as the cardio queen, she’s ready to make you sweat and there’s no stopping her. Enjoy tabata, Hiit and circuit style combos in and out of the gym.
Jennylee will be here at MAS most days, so come along and get some advice and support to begin or further your fitness journey!
Louis Jinks Gym Manager
Louis plays a big part in the running of the boot camps and fitness classes. His skills and strengths are displayed through every workout, where members gain the ability to achieve their goals and makes you work HARD!
Louis has recently been to the RICKY HATTON BOXING ACADEMY and is now a fully qualified boxing coach, Louis offers boxing PTs, where he works on techniques and combinations, and he also runs the massively popular BOXERFIT classes!
Louis is the ‘muscle up master’ if you want to learn how to master the muscle up, he’s the man to speak to!

Ashleigh has been working with Mike Hind Fitness and the team for over a year.
She has competed as Mike Hind Fitness Athlete and has made huge steps in her fitness journey.
Her roles here include 1-1 personal training and running fitness classes alongside Louis. Ashleigh will most often be found at Reception, giving support to all clients and following up with your questions and queries. She will give you guidance she learnt from Mike Hind and make sure you have the correct tools to pursue your journey.
Danielle Osborn Fitness Instructor
Since her time here she was given the best support and knowledge which saw her progress to competing after being coached and guided by Mike for a show, where she placed first and was crowned Miss UK.
Dani is now fully involved in all aspects of the Gym, she is a fully qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor and is here every day, sharing her knowledge gained from Mike on performing exercises and diet and supplement advise.
