We are an Official HYROX Training Gym, offering structured HYROX fitness classes designed to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Whether you’re preparing for a HYROX event or simply want to push your training further, these sessions are suitable for all levels.
When classes are not running, members are welcome to use the HYROX training area and equipment as part of their own workouts.
Our timetable also includes a range of other fitness classes focused on fat loss, strength, and conditioning.
