Gym Only is £34.95 a month and Gym + Unlimited Classes, which includes every HYROX and fitness class, is £54.95 a month. A gym day pass is £7.50, a gym and recovery room day pass is £15, a one-week gym pass is £15, and a junior or student membership for 16 to 18 year olds is £25.99 a month. There is no joining fee on any of them.

Yes, on every membership at no extra cost. The recovery room has an ice bath, a sauna, a massage chair, Pulsio Air compression boots with leg and hip attachments, and massage guns. No. Every membership is a rolling monthly direct debit. You can cancel at any time by giving the gym 28 days' notice and cancelling the direct debit with your bank.

We are at Unit 29 Metcalfe Road on the Skippers Lane Industrial Estate on the east side of Middlesbrough, with parking outside. It is about seven minutes from Middlesbrough town centre, six from Teesport, nine from Eston, and thirteen to fifteen from Redcar, Stockton and Guisborough.
