Take a baseline, train and eat properly, then scan again every four to six weeks and see exactly where you are. What we offer
Fit3D ProScanner
Stand on the turntable, hold the handles and the scan takes about 40 seconds. You get a 3D image of your body, circumference measurements for your chest, waist, hips, arms and thighs, body fat and lean mass estimates, posture and balance readings, and side-by-side comparisons every time you scan again.
BodyMetrix ultrasound analyser
A handheld ultrasound wand measures the actual thickness of the fat under your skin at set points on the body, and shows fat and muscle in the same scan. Unlike body fat scales it is not thrown off by how much you have eaten or drunk, so the numbers are comparable from one visit to the next. A standard scan takes a few minutes.
PowerSculpt
High intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) muscle stimulation. A 30-minute session contracts the target muscle thousands of times, far more than you could do in a workout, and is used on the abs, glutes, arms and thighs. It is a muscle toning and body shaping tool, not a weight loss treatment, and it works best alongside proper training and food.
CoreVue body composition kiosk
Free with your membership. Step on barefoot and the Tanita-powered kiosk reads muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat, hydration and metabolic age in under a minute. Use it weekly, then book a full Fit3D scan every four to six weeks to track the bigger picture.
Who it is for
Starting a fat loss or muscle plan: a Fit3D or BodyMetrix baseline on day one, then a rescan every four to six weeks, is the quickest way to prove the plan is working and to catch it early when it is not.

The scan itself takes about 40 seconds. Allow 15 minutes in total for the scan and going through your results.
Close-fitting clothing such as shorts and a sports top or underwear, with hair tied up. Loose clothing changes the measurements.
Body fat scales estimate fat from how easily a current passes through you, which changes with hydration, food and exercise. The BodyMetrix ultrasound measures the fat layer directly, so it is more consistent from one visit to the next, which is what matters when you are tracking progress.
It uses focused electromagnetic energy to make the target muscle contract thousands of times in a 30-minute session. It is used for toning and shaping the abs, glutes, arms and thighs. It is not a weight loss treatment and it does not replace training or nutrition.
Every four to six weeks is about right for most people. That is long enough for real change to show and short enough to adjust your plan if it is not working.
