Everything you get
45 training plans
Written by Mike Hind MBE for the machines on our floor and sorted by level, goal and days a week: beginner plans, women's plans, HYROX and functional, fitness and fat loss, muscle building, body part focus and competition prep. Tick off exercises on your phone and print with a four-week log.
